As the CEO & Founder of Causia^®, Paul’s primary focus is on the product strategy/roadmap, sales and marketing. He has been involved in hundreds of Complaints and Quality deployments and is passionate about extracting Complaints and Quality business value.

He has consulted with some of the largest global brands in Food Manufacturing, Financial Services, Not for Profits and Education institutions. He likes reading about how the Complaints and Quality landscape is continuing to change, ancient military technologies and enjoys family time with his wife, son and spoodle, DJ.

Nick Cook has over 10 years in Salesforce design and development.

Nick's primary focus to provide technical design and development to Causia's^® products. Nick spends his spare studying at emerging technologies like AI and ML to see how they can be used in the Complaints and Quality software context.

Nick enjoys playing squash, basketball and complex puzzles over 5000 pieces.
